We’re excited to offer our residents a convenient solution to students wanting the on-campus experiences with the off-campus flexibility. Our rent-by-the-room rates are an affordable alternative to on-campus living without the complexities of sharing a lease with other people.

We have lease options from one to four rooms, so come one or come all! We work with our residents to find a comfortable match for each individual’s needs. Plus. our two apartments are literally across the street from the SCSU campus which makes Charlamain and Montaje apartments an ideal fit for students attending SCSU.
